SF bosses have different elites.
A friend of mine whas wadling around in SF with a sig of capturing when whe encountered Razorstone whell guess what after he died he used the sig of capturing and viola, He got Eviscrate one of the best axe elites but it is supposed to be in the fire island chain so i ask you HTH did it get there.
annyway after a few hours i whent back with another SoC and guess what the other bosses also had different elites like grognard has bulls charge.
Did annybody notice it before or is it completely new ^^ (i might be able to cap soul leech there :O)

It only affects Warrior bosses, as they all were carrying the wrong weapons and were changed in the Halloween update I think.

To be more specific, before the Halloween update all Warrior bosses had swords and shields equipped... but then they all had a hammer warrior setup. It's why the Warrior bosses used to suck hardcore. I usually brought along a cap sig so I could laugh at their pitiful weapon choices.

Yeah, I brought my axe warrior along for an Orozar run one time to cap Eviscerate after the update. Man it was fun to run around in the Furnace with Penetrating Blow, Executioner's Strike, Cleave, and Eviscerate.
The only other elite I've really noticed down there (and who doesn't?) is Mark of Protection.

The necro bosses in Grenth's and SF use Offering of Blood as well. I think all the monks have MoP, but I haven''t fought Brohn for awhile, so don't quote me on that. The elementalists carry water trident i believe and i think the ranger have melandru's arrows? mesmers carry crippling anguish. I think thats right - going from memory, so could be wrong
